Visualization can be a powerful tool to attract more good and positivity into your life. Moreover, art creation can also be helpful in that we can sit in that frequency longer, and create more a habit in your thinking. This group will spend most of the workshop in a desired feeling state and visualization.  There will be a short mediation and then participants will create mini-vision boards to remind them of their visualization.
