Who We Are
Art of Change is a Vancouver based, clinical counselling, psychotherapy and art-therapy practice founded upon the idea that, with help, everyone can process and heal from challenges that they've experienced. Counselling can help us express emotions, build strength, grow and connect. If you enjoy art, we bring art therapy into sessions and groups where appropriate.

Who Can Benefit
We work with a broad range: Individuals and groups of children, youth, adults, older adults; end of life, couples and families. We work with people experiencing emotional and social challenges and/or mental health issues, particularly anxiety, depression, loss of meaning, trauma, addictions, women and women's issues, etc. Before booking, check the therapist's areas of specialization to get the best fit for your needs.
